Endea Owens, a vibrant jazz artist from Detroit, is an accomplished bassist, composer, and educator. A graduate of The Juilliard School, she became a member of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert's house band in 2019. Endea's accolades include an Emmy, Grammy, and George Foster Peabody Award. She also dedicates her spare time to philanthropy through her organization, The Community Cookout.
